1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the IntelRate platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between IntelRate and the business entity you represent ("the Client"). If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these obligations.

2. Description of Service

IntelRate provides an advanced Google Review Analytics and AI Reputation platform. This includes proprietary dashboards for 12-month trend analysis, AI-generated customer responses, and bespoke action plans designed to accelerate business performance. While our research indicates that a 1-star rating increase can drive 5-9% higher revenue, such growth is a performance target and does not constitute a guaranteed contractual outcome.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

IntelRate utilizes artificial intelligence to generate high-conversion customer responses. While our AI tools are designed for efficiency and labor savings, the Client is solely responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publication. IntelRate accepts no liability for responses that are found to be inaccurate, defamatory, or in breach of third-party intellectual property rights once published by the Client.

4. Data Security and Location

In accordance with our commitment to security, all Client data is processed and stored exclusively within the United Kingdom. We operate a "local-first" processing model where no data is shared with external third-party partners or sub-processors outside our secure UK environment. Our security protocols are designed to meet the rigorous standards of the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 regarding business data portability and integrity.

5. Fees, Billing, and Renewals

IntelRate services are provided on a one-time, fixed-fee basis for the delivery of a specific report covering your historical 12-month business performance. This is not a subscription-based service; therefore, there are no recurring fees, no auto-renewals, and no provision for real-time dashboard updates following the delivery of your report. By purchasing this analysis, you acknowledge the immediate value of our proprietary insights, which are designed to identify growth opportunities and potential labor cost savings.


All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable once the performance analysis has been initiated. While there is no automated update service, existing clients are eligible to purchase subsequent updated reports at a discounted rate by contacting our support team at team@intelrate.co.uk. This model ensures you only pay for the specific data and actionable insights you require without ongoing contractual obligations.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

IntelRate retains all rights, titles, and interests in our proprietary dashboard, algorithms, and AI models. The Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use these tools for their internal business purposes. Any attempt to reverse-engineer our software or replicate our analysis methodology is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, IntelRate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client to IntelRate in the twelve months preceding the claim. This clause does not limit liability for death, personal injury, or fraud as required by statute.

8. Termination and Portability

Clients do not need to take any action to terminate a subscription, as IntelRate is provided as a one-time report service rather than an ongoing plan. The completed report will remain accessible online to the client indefinitely, although clients are strongly advised to save an offline copy for their own records and internal archives. Clients may request permanent deletion of their report and associated analysis at any time by contacting the support team at team@intelrate.co.uk, at which point IntelRate will remove the report from its online environment subject to any legal or regulatory retention obligations.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to resolve any legal matters.
